What Arb Radar is — and what it is not
Arb Radar is an information service. It reads publicly available prices from sportsbooks and prediction markets, compares them, and shows you where they disagree.
That is the whole product. Specifically, Arb Radar:
- does not accept wagers and is not a bookmaker, sportsbook, exchange, or gambling operator;
- does not hold, transmit, or handle your money, and never has access to your betting or brokerage accounts;
- does not place bets or trades on your behalf — links to venues open that venue's own website, where you act for yourself;
- is not a broker-dealer, investment adviser, or financial adviser, and nothing it displays is investment, tax, accounting, or legal advice.
Every decision to place a bet or trade is yours alone, made on the venue's platform, under that venue's terms, with your own money and your own judgment.
Who may use it
By using Arb Radar you confirm that all of the following are true:
- You are at least 18 years old, or 21 where the activity you intend requires it — whichever is higher in your jurisdiction.
- Sports betting and/or event-contract trading is lawful for you, where you are. Rules differ sharply between countries, and between US states. Checking this is your responsibility, not ours.
- You are not barred from any venue you intend to use, not on a self-exclusion register, and not otherwise prohibited from betting.
- You are not on any sanctions list, and are not accessing the service from a jurisdiction subject to comprehensive sanctions.
Arb Radar shows global market data and does not verify your location. Displaying a price from a venue is not a representation that you may lawfully use that venue.
Your account
Sign-in is by emailed link — there is no password. Anyone with access to your email inbox can sign in as you, so keep it secure.
One person per account
A subscription is for a single individual. You may not share, sell, sublicense, or otherwise give others access to your account or the data in it.
Accounts are limited to three simultaneously signed-in devices. Signing in on a fourth signs out the oldest. We may suspend an account showing sharing patterns, such as repeated sign-ins from many distinct locations at once.
Subscription and payment
- Access is sold as a recurring subscription at $12.99 USD per month, plus any applicable tax.
- It renews automatically at the end of each period until you cancel.
- Payment is processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card details.
- You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for. See the Refunds & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
- We may change pricing with at least 30 days notice before it applies to your next renewal. Continuing after that is acceptance; if you don't accept, cancel before renewal.
Acceptable use
The feed is the product. You agree not to:
- scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data, or access the service by any automated means, bot, or script;
- republish, redistribute, resell, syndicate, or make the data available to anyone else, whether free or paid;
- use the data to build or train a competing product, service, dataset, or model;
- circumvent rate limits, the device limit, the paywall, or any other technical control;
- reverse engineer or attempt to derive the underlying detection logic;
- use the service unlawfully, or to break any venue's own terms.
We may rate-limit, suspend, or terminate accounts that do any of this, without refund.
Data accuracy — read this one
Prices come from third-party sources and from venues' own public interfaces. They are provided as is. We make real efforts to be accurate, but we do not warrant that any price, calculation, or opportunity is correct, current, or executable.
In particular, and without limiting the above:
- Prices move. Markets can change between the moment we read a price and the moment you act. An opportunity shown may already be gone.
- Displayed size is not guaranteed. A price may not be available in the amount you want. Larger orders may move the market against you.
- Upstream data can be wrong. Feeds go stale, mis-label markets, or fail.
- Venues can void, limit, or cancel. Bets may be voided for obvious error, accounts may be limited or closed, and payouts may be withheld under the venue's rules. That is between you and the venue.
- Two markets may not mean the same thing. Similar-looking contracts can settle on different rules, sources, or dates.
Verify every opportunity on the venue itself before committing money.
No promise of profit
Nothing here is a prediction or guarantee of any outcome or return. Past detected opportunities, backtest figures, and historical performance do not indicate future results. You can lose money — including through mispriced data, failed legs, voided bets, fees, slippage, exchange rates, and your own execution errors.
You are solely responsible for your own bets and trades, your tax position, and for gambling within your means.
If betting stops feeling like a choice, help is free and confidential: 1-800-GAMBLER (1-800-426-2537), or the National Problem Gambling Helpline on 1-800-522-4700, both available 24/7 in the United States.
Intellectual property
The service — including the interface, the detection and expected-value methodology, and all derived calculations — belongs to Ved Ghosh. Your subscription grants a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use it for your own betting or trading decisions, and nothing more.
Underlying odds data belongs to its respective sources. Team, league, venue, and market names are the trademarks of their owners and are used only to identify events.
Availability
We aim for continuous service but do not guarantee uptime. The service may be unavailable for maintenance, upstream provider failure, or reasons outside our control. Features may change or be withdrawn. We may discontinue the service entirely on 30 days notice, refunding any unused prepaid period.
Suspension and termination
You may stop at any time by cancelling and ceasing to use the service. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, if payment fails, or if we reasonably believe your use is unlawful or harmful. Where we terminate without cause, we refund the unused portion of your current period.
Disclaimers and limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, the service is provided as is and as available, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement.
To the fullest extent the law allows, Ved Ghosh is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, nor for any lost bets, losing wagers, missed opportunities, lost profits, or gambling losses, however caused.
Our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months immediately before the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded — including for fraud, or for death or personal injury caused by negligence. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions, so parts of this clause may not apply to you, and your statutory consumer rights are unaffected.
Indemnity
You agree to indemnify Ved Ghosh against claims, losses, and reasonable costs arising from your use of the service, your bets and trades, your breach of these Terms, or your breach of any law or venue's terms.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. For material changes we will give notice by email or in the product before they take effect. Continuing to use the service after that means you accept the new Terms; if you don't, cancel before they apply.
Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, and the courts of San Diego County, California have exclusive jurisdiction, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.
There is no mandatory arbitration clause and no class-action waiver in these Terms. You keep your right to bring a claim in court, including in small claims court, and to participate in a class action if one ever applies to you.
If you have a problem, please email us first — almost everything is faster to fix directly than through any formal process.
General
- These Terms, with the Privacy Policy and the Refunds & Cancellation Policy, are the entire agreement between us.
- If any provision is unenforceable, the rest stands.
- Not enforcing a right immediately is not a waiver of it.
- You may not assign these Terms; we may assign them in a merger or sale of the business.
