Cancelling
You can cancel at any time, in two clicks, with no cancellation fee and no need to email anyone.
Open Manage billing from your account menu. That opens Stripe's billing portal, where you can cancel, change your card, or download past invoices.
What happens when you cancel
You keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for. Cancelling on day 3 of a month you paid for does not cut you off on day 3 — you keep the rest of it. After that, the subscription simply does not renew and you are not charged again.
This is how the product actually behaves, not just a stated intention: access is checked against your paid-through date, so a cancelled subscription stays live until that date passes.
Refunds
Because you keep the time you paid for, cancelling mid-period is not usually a refund situation — you still get what you bought.
7-day money-back guarantee
If you ask within 7 days of your first payment, you get a full refund. No questions, no reason needed. The guarantee applies to your first payment only; renewals after that are not refundable, because by then you have had a month to decide.
Refunds we give regardless
- Accidental renewal you tell us about within 7 days, where you have not meaningfully used the service in that period.
- Duplicate or clearly erroneous charges — always refunded in full.
- Extended outage. If the service is materially unavailable for a prolonged period, we refund or credit the affected time.
- We terminate your subscription without cause — we refund the unused portion.
What we cannot refund
Arb Radar sells information, not betting outcomes. We are not able to refund or compensate for:
- bets or trades that lost, or that you wish you had not made;
- an opportunity that moved, disappeared, or could not be filled at the size you wanted;
- a bet voided, limited, or cancelled by a venue, or an account a venue closed;
- fees, slippage, or exchange-rate costs at a venue;
- losses from a price we displayed incorrectly.
These sit with you and the venue. See sections 6 and 7 of the Terms of Service.
How to request a refund
Email support@thearbradar.com from your account address, saying what you want refunded and why. We aim to reply within 2 business days.
Approved refunds go back to the original payment method through Stripe, typically within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
Statutory rights
This policy is in addition to your legal rights, not instead of them.
UK and EU consumers have a statutory 14-day right to cancel a distance contract. That right is longer than our 7-day guarantee, and we honour it in full — if you are in the UK or EU, you have 14 days from your first payment, not 7.
We could have asked you to waive that right at checkout, which the law permits for digital services that start immediately. We would rather not build a product that needs customers to sign away consumer protections to use it.
Failed payments
If a payment fails, Stripe retries over several days and we do not cut off access on the first failure — an expired card should not lock you out. If it ultimately cannot be collected, the subscription lapses and access ends. Update your card in the billing portal to resume.
Chargebacks
If something is wrong, please email us first — we would rather refund you directly and quickly. Disputes filed with your bank take weeks and cost us a fee either way. Accounts with an open chargeback may be suspended until it is resolved.
Price changes
If we change the price we will tell you at least 30 days before it applies to your next renewal, so you can cancel first. Price changes never apply retroactively to a period you have already paid for.
